Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Flex Gaming. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to go through our returns process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
